Who ❤️ Sparkling?

Today we decided to add a little sparkle to our day. Sparkling wine from a local winery. Their Vineyards are over towards the Green Bay area but right in Madison is their quaint winery headquarters. The owner is a meteorologist for one of the colleges who has a passion for wine. They specialize in Sparkling wines and have really experimented with different things right down to how the cork the bottles. Very cool. We don't want to give it away so encourage you to stop in and learn about them while having a little taste.
