Intragastric Balloon 6

It's been a while since you had an update. 52 lbs down but the weight has really slowed on coming off. It is plateau time. It's like a big tease to lose really fast and then the body hits the brakes.


I'm up to 3/4 to 1 cup of food for each meal. Some days depending on what I eat feels like a baby foot poking in my ribs. It's not the most comfortable but remember there's a balloon filling space as well.


Last time we wrote only the ear lobes had weight loss. Now finally below the lobes is catching up.


Walking has been a great help. Some other ways to exercise and stretch that have been helpful are yin or restorative yoga. Let's not forget dancing.


Dancing at my stand up desk has been great for keeping the momentum going while working. Good thing I work remotely. 🙃 Dancing when I wake up or up and down stairs mixes things up a bit.


2 1/2 months to go to reach my goal.
