46 lbs down this week. You may ask why am I telling you about this loss when it isn't a significant number. Well I noticed some weight loss this week! No I didn't see it in the waist, thighs, arms, face or the girls. Nope I couldn't be that kind to myself. Ready...my earlobes shrunk. This really must be the meaning of top down. By time I lose 100 lbs I might notice in my knees.
